No-Knead Bread
Use slightly warm water for the entire process. Mix 1-TEASPOON 'organic sugar', 1-TEASPOON 'active dry yeast', and 0.5-CUPS water into a bowl. Then, in a large bowl, mix 4-CUPS any combination of at least 75% 'flour's and at most 25% fine-powder meals, seeds, herbs, and whatever else, and then 2-TEASPOONS 'salt'. Then, pour the contents of the first bowl into the second. For the next step, consider pouring water into the first bowl, and then into the second, to get all of the yeast out of the first bowl. Mix 1.5-CUPS water into the second bowl. Kneading is optional. Cover the bowl and let it sit overnight. Then, preheat your oven to 230°C/450°F with your empty dutch oven inside, leaving it to warm up for 30-MINUTES. Then, place your dough inside the dutch oven and cook it with its lid on for 30-MINUTES. Then, cook your bread with the lid off for 15-MINUTES.
Pancakes for Two
Mix 2-CUPS any combination of 'flour's and 1-TABLESPOON 'baking powder' into a large bowl. Then, mix 2-TEASPOONS 'apple cider vinegar', 2-TABLESPOONS any food 'oil', and 1.5-CUPS any combination of plant-based 'milk' and water into the same bowl. Then, mix 2-TABLESPOONS 'maple syrup', 1-TEASPOON 'vanilla extract', and 0.25-TEASPOONS 'salt' into the same bowl. Thin with extra plant-based milk or water, if needed. Consider giving the batter a few minutes to bubble. A good pan temperature is around 175°C/350°F.
